Thanks for shopping at PETsgoi. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

Products can be returned or exchanged within 18 days of the shipment date, excluding Final Sale. Returns are for domestic orders in U.S. lower 48 States only (does not include Alaska, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and Hawaii, etc). 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We will not accept returns for items that have been worn, damaged, stained or scented. Items must have tags and labels still intact to be accepted for returns or exchanges. *During this time, we cannot accept returns for ANY opened hard goods (collars, cloth and toys) due to manufacturer restrictions and COVID-19 safety.*

PETsgoi reserves the right to refuse any compromised items affected by the individual factors mentioned above. In some cases, PETsgoi might charge a cleaning/restocking fee.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
