How long does it take to get my order?
- After your payment is authorized, please allow 1-2 business days for us to process the order. And, you will receive the package depends on the chosen shipping method. Due to the weather and large demand, delivery delays via different carriers can occasionally occur.
- We currently ship to U.S territories and UAE
- Please note that PETsgoi is not responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc required by your country for importing consumer goods.
How much is shipping?
- Orders over $89 ship free! The Shipping fee may vary from $4.95 to 27.95 depends on the destination.
Can I return or exchange items?
- Products can be returned or exchanged within 18 days of the shipment date, excluding Final Sale. Returns are for domestic orders in U.S. lower 48 States only (does not include Alaska, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and Hawaii, etc). For more information, please see the Refund Policy.

How durable are your products?
- No worries, all clothing and accessories that PETsgoi carry are washable and tumble dry, also it is able to clean with soap and normal temperature water.
